Look, with managers you have NO IDEA how good they will be until they join. Everyone thought OG would bring flair.

When Burnley hired Shaun Dyche were you green with envy? No.
Who thought Steve Mclaren would bring a brand of attacking football to BURNLEY?
When Pochettino joined Southampton people were SHOCKED Adkins was dropped and said it was bound to fail.
