Yes mate, the players play in front of 28000 in the Championship. As the BBC said when the Newcastle fans had a pop "the players have to expect that, they have to earn the right to play in front a large support". Brighton players have to get their fingers out and earn the right to play in front of 28,000. Well done Burnley players, obviously a group with some bottle.

I was quoting your statement that anything but promotion is a failure... that's quite frankly ridiculous (make the play offs then yes, but promotion... don't make me laugh)

All hugely frustrating and nailbiting and poo inducing but people, please. A little perspective here?

It seems pretty likely that we will go into the final day of the season with at least a shot of a place in the playoffs. If we'd been offered that at the start of the season I reckon most of us would have taken it, particularly off the back of the close season from hell.

Roll on Yeovil. I shall be there and the Hope Monster will be back on the prowl.

I'm a football fan. Just trying to keep up with the exciting end to the Championship season, both top and bottom. It really is a great league.

You could check the BBC or SSN websites to see that your pikey scum bag player on loan scored the equaliser for Blackpool. Crystal Palace really are the scum of the earth and all shag their sisters/mums etc.

There, I've risen to your bait - Albion thread de-railed. Happy now?

I don't enjoy seeing us hoof it down the middle to no one in particular with the faintest hope that a whisker of chance might be nudged our way, with still about 20 minutes to go. Where's our bloody class and parliament of expert widemen for those moments. Pass, move and get it out wide if we're determined to go the headered winner route!

Yoevil Friday. No chance of winning that. How many teams have we beaten in the bottom three?

Charlton, last week? The good news is that Yeovil are as good as down after today, so hopefully they may not have much fighting spirit.

I try to make a point of seeing positives in things. Makes life that little bit more bearable.

If he pays his bets he will feel good about himself , sorry to post on this thread but he's hiding from the palace threads .

No. They were Fourth. And as for Yeovil then it's on the cards that they'll beat us. Didn't Barnsely beat us at home then they were bottom?

Ok. But so were Blackpool at 3pm.

Barnsley were bottom yes, but they still had plenty to play for back in December.

Don't get me wrong but what positives have you seen lately? Forget Leicester away who had a hang over.

Well, a quick look at the league table shows us that we are (currently) In. The. Top. 6. If that isn't a positive then i do wonder.

Abject!

So disillusioned with Oscar's style. Hearing many people about me say the same thing, and whilst we may have 20000 season ticket holders, I expect the average to drop from that 27000 down to 23000 next season (excepting top flight).

I don't see a team here that is playing with any sense of urgency. Pedestrian, sloppy play, predictable, safe, defensive - dull! We have become Middlesbrough!
