Really, he had a good game last Monday - dont recall anyone calling him shit and an amateur then. He completely misjudged it - its a mistake.

Yet more fickle support.....

Last weeks game the ball went through his legs when Hull scored.
Your not making any friends tonight:(

Just disgraceful. We're a Championship club that has two League two standard back up keepers. How many of our cup runs have ended at the hands of these clowns? Brez tonight and at Stoke, Ankergren against Arsenal. When will we ever learn. Would rather see Walton.

No he couldn't, as anyone who knows anything about football could have told you before a ball was kicked this evening.

Nothing to discuss, big game away from home, he flaps and bottles it. Was always going to happen, it's happened many time before in the big games,,,,Stoke, Liverpool, West Ham...all away all shocking performances.

But when he's at home, or games where there is little pressure, he is actually quite a decent keeper in fairness.

I really don't understand the rationale behind playing Brez.

We would have had more to gain from playing Walton, at least he has a future with the club.

Gus did the same thing with Flappergren and it cost us games, notably Arsenal. These fixtures are ****ing massive, why do we throw them away by playing League Two keepers??

I agree! You should always always play your strongest team.

Brez is a decent mid-table championship keeper, he generally is solid enough, but will have bad games now and again, particularly high pressure games (big opponents, tv etc) where mistakes can cause his head to drop exacerbating things.

Personally, I find that acceptable for a number two keeper. He did well enough last monday against the same team, so can see why he played again today, but it has turned out (as I suggested in another thread) that this was his due howler game. While he has made some mistakes, some of the criticism is definitely over the top, imo. Especially since it has been coming before the end of the match (some before the end of the first half).

League 2? Must have dreamt Ankergren playing in the team that walked league 1 or both Brez and Ankergren playing a fair few games in the first season in the Championship then. Top quality championship keepers, no, but league 2, come on

Agree with you totally on this. If we had a quality second keeper I could understand it. I would have given Walton a chance as well as I would imagine that both Brez and Ankers will gone at the end of the season!

Do you think Brezovan's performance tonight has been a League one performance? He's in AHEAD of Ankergren.

Difficult to say because we are playing a premier league team. What is a league one performance?
