People, you have to take some responsibility for your own actions here.

You're watching:-

A pointless game
Between 2 pointless teams
Played for no reason
Broadcast on a pointless channel.

If your expectation levels weren't rock bottom, you should seek help.

I know what you're saying and leading up to the game thats how I feel but then as soon as it starts Im massively into it again. Been like that about England games for years now despite the inevitable disapointment be it a friendly or competitive match.

Will never ever appreciate ITV though. Joke station.

The only thing to look forward too in the next two hours is when the cameraman finds the bang tidy female brazil fan in the crowd. There's always one.

Wembley, on a cold Wednesday, in February, this will be the best you can hope for:-

Man alive you are a serious sucker for punishment.

Well done I admire your commitment.
I struggle in the 2 major tournaments, due to the crushing inevitability of it all, and the massive disconnect between myself and the people I'm watching. .

This. I'm sure he'll somehow shoehorn in the phrase "that night in Barcelona" despite it being totally irrelevant

As per my comment on the clichés thread. Tyldesley's a tosser, I can't stand that guy.

Andy Townsend talk about stating the bleeding obvious. Really grates me.

R5L isn't much better, to be fair.

Don't Mention The War
ITV can't do Sport and never will. Look at the all mighty f*** up they had, when they showed Formula One for a few years. Advert after Advert when something good, was about to go down. Michael Schumacher I think it was, he was chasing somebody down. He was about to make a pass and then they cut to advert and when it came back. They showed repeated highlight of the pass. ITV Football coverage is beyond a joke, I can't stand Adrian Chiles, Townsend, Tyldesley whatsoever.

If we voted with our feet and boycotted watching it on ITV. The ratings would plummet and hopefully somebody aka The Beep would consider making a bid for the FA Cup, England Internationals again.

But they won't, sadly.

It baffles me as to why they hire somebody who is quite clearly illiterate AND blind as a presenter. He constantly looks like he's either struggling to read an eye test or trying to hold in a massive fart.
