Bit of a joke nobody from the premier league was nominated, not even RVP! Thought Yaya Toure or David Silva may of made it as well!

Nothing against any of those you name, but can you honestly say they are better than those selected in their positions?

I mean honestly what did Marcelo do do warrant a place in that starting 11? Yet again UEFA/FIFA embarass themselves, world team 11 and they pick them all from La Liga!

If not him at left back (and I can understand why he wouldn't be people's first pick), then who? For me, if it wasn't him it would have to be Jordi Alba, who plays for...

I think the way RVP is playing for Man U he definately should be in that 11 and he was great for Arsenal last year as well! IMO better than Falcao!

Not for me. Falcao is by far and away the best out and out striker in the world and there is no way he could be left out.

May get shot down for this, but I personally think that Leighton Baines is alot better than Marcelo, not that I expect him to make FIFA team of the year mind lol

Do you know who scored more goals on 2012 out of RVP and Falcao?? ( not trying to catch you out, just not sure myself) don't get me wrong Falcao is amazing but RVP is something else at the moment, best player in the PL that's for sure!

That team is arrived at after collating the individual selections of 50,000 professional footballers. How does this mean FIFA "embarrass themselves"?

Ahh already said Baines, glad you agree, been real quality for the last two seasons now, Everton have done really well to keep hold of him!

Missed your mention, but glad someone else gets it. Most underrated footballer in years. Brains, talent and fight.
