Bizarrely Leeds are 22/1!

Remember these odds ignore the teams coming down from the Prem though.

Why are we currently placed at 14/1 as opposed to a team like Millwall being 33/1?

Is that to encourage Brighton fans to put money on us? We not going to win the league, so why relatively short odds compared to some more established teams?

That book is only about 80%, it doesn't factor in the teams relegated from the EPL who will form a large percentage of it.
We should get pushed out accordingly.

Given, it only includes 17 teams (those that will definitely be playing in the Championship next season), but I really like the look of that . As has already been said, it'll all change when relegations etc sort themselves out, though

Odds not only reflect what bookies think, but also how much money has been placed on an outcome.

I suspect a few Albion fans have been backing us for next season as soon as we went up, and therefore relatively we have more money on us than for other clubs, which subsequently is reflected in the odds.

West Ham 7s, Brum 8s and Blackpool 16s with SkyBet. They are still only 14s about us.

We are above Blackpool?

Blimey, we're also above dirty Leeds on Skybet.

I don't get why West Ham are favourites though - they're going to have a massive clearout and they're not exactly rolling in it, even with the parachute payments. They also have an executive team that is guaranteed to interfere with what the manager is doing and that's not going to help. I might have a small punt on WH going down - must get good odds on that.

This. In recent interviews the idiot owners seemed very preoccupied with the spirallling debt the club has - even more so than relegation. They gave a heads-up on a big clear out and I think they will do everything possible to slash the wage bill next year. With the ratio of debt to turnover they will have next year you couldn't rule out administration if they can't offload enough expensive duds in the summer OR if said owners are not prepared to invest significant money into the club. IMHO this won't happen. If anyone can find the odds for their relegation I would be most interested...
