I can't believe there is so much anti FCUM comment on NSC.

1. They didn't like what Murdoch/Glazers/Edwards had done to their club.
2. They did something about it.
3. They have a club to support, anyone who goes to ONE match with FCUM will understand what it is all about, which is enjoying yourself at football.

so did Kevin and Perry!!!

seriously though, do most of the travelling fans come from in and around Manchester, or do you have nationwide support?

Majority from Manchester and surrounding areas although a few from other parts of the country and also some from abroad at times

Whatever the allocation, get down here and support your team. The allocation represents 50% of FCUM regulars so a good proportion of the die hards will be able to get tickets. I agree that the club should give an answer as to why the allocation is only 10% and not 15%, but if as has been mooted they are doing this on the advice of the old bill then there is not a lot they can do about it.

And before an FCUM (they've even adopted a catchy Mnemonic already ooh get them!) even tries to draw a comparison between the Albion and our struggle, don't even bother. We decided to stay and fight for our club and its proud history and in the end we won because the overwhelming majority of Albion fans were behind the cause. You on the other hand are a minority group who chose to leave and fight whatever your cause is and start all over again somewhere else - well in my book that spells defeat so spare me the details of your proud and righteous cause and do one.

I think it would help by not having 'being stuck up their own arse ' statements like "you need to read the clubs constituion" ...do I? I am sure they are wonderful fans and a decent club but it's all a bit a little kid trying to be heard IMO

I can't be arsed if I'm honest mate. No disrespect to you personally but your club and its moral crusade are getting on my tits just as much as Man Utd do.

Concur

845 should be enough tickets. It equates to half their average home attendance.

It will be a test of their initiative to get into the home end, a bit like a quiz. Good luck to 'em.

I never thought I'd see the day when folk were fighting to get in to Withdean:lol:

It takes many fronts to win a war who says what is right or wrong fair play you won your war your way
Rightly or wrongly we are making a stand our way and what we feel is right Glazer only wants the money staying there and feeding him is not going to change anything

Well this is a joke. We gave Woking our end last time and gave away the initiative. We shouldn't make that mistake again, stick them in the away end and that should be enough. I have nothing against them btw I admire them for doing what they are doing but we have to look after ourselves and get into the next round.

Fair enough.

Would you love it as much as the rest of us if Manchester United had their debts called in and folded then (not that it would ever happen of course)?

How can that spell defeat, part of what FCUM are about is rejecting the juggernaut of Sunday 4pm starts and Carlos Kickaballs kissing the logo of their corrupt American sponsors. That extends beyond just United, it is the whole self serving bastardisation of football that is the Premiership.

Disagree - 15% is the rule for Cup games and we should be decent enough to honour that.

Woking was, to a degree, a 'local derby' so I'd imagine any police concerns would have been greater for that game than for some noddy team from 250 miles away (or whatever it is).

Fair enough but I saw 70000+ very happy Man Utd fans last week jumping around like loons when Park scored his injury time winner against Wolves. I guess the vast majority are reasonable happy with continuing to watch top flight football even if they are a bit miffed at the boardroom. I think some of them were also probably encouraged by Rooney signing a new contract recently. So once Glazer cashes in and someone else takes over what are you lot going to do if the new owner turns out to be a perfectly reasonable businessman who cares about the club and its continued success?

'Catchy mnemonic?'

'FCUM' are merely the initials of the club used for shorthand purposes, like, ooh I dunno, 'BHA' for example.

Sheesh.

Anyway, bit disappointed with the allocation but all the best, and I hope it's a great day for both sets of fans. :rave:

But I think the club will give them the extra 5% if they look like selling out the 10%. they got caught out by Woking who actually would have fitted on the away end as their sales fell flat. I don't see the harm in the club trying to protect the family and East stand regulars. I can guarantee some moaned about being moved last time.

It really isn't, you know.

Wonder what Giggs, Ferguson, Scholes and Neville make of them and vice versa

Ferguson says we're just self-publicists (how dare he!), Giggs I reckon has a soft spot for us with the Rodhri connection, Scholes can't speak so I've no idea, and Neville, let's be honest, is a bit of a dick.

Contrast that 7000 at an away game compared with 10 times as many at a home game 10 times noisier you you would think more like 10 times quieter
You will find a lot of them don't do home games only aways their way of denying Glazer money
When Glazer goes if they get someone in who cares about the club then maybe I will go to the odd game if FC don't have a game but you are still going to get the shite atmosphere, told to sit down by littlehittler stewards, and sky high prices etc
