I'm not comparing Harry's CV to Clough's. I'm saying I reckon 69% of NSC would have labelled Clough a cock if this was 1980.

I totally disagree.

Clougie should never be spoke about in the same breath as Redknapp, in fact i never knew anyone that disliked Clough (except for the guy he cuffed around the lug ole maybe!)

Redknapp is a prize Cock and the sooner the guy gets put behind bars the safer all football clubs will be.

Especially as (if the guardian is correct) he has the biggest registered squad in the premier league

Do I see another Redknapp club about to have financial problems? How does he do it? As many have pointed out it takes a chairman and a manager to tango.

As a Spurs fan too I have to defend the chap, yes he is a bit of a cock at times and sometimes too honest, but why shouldnt he be?

he isnt responsible for the falling of other clubs, he doesnt actually write the cheques does he!

also, Spurs have a very strict wage ceiling of 65k and no-one is over that! so no we are not paying Champs league wages of 120k

Do you have a ceiling on the number of players you employ though?

in fact i never knew anyone that disliked Clough .

That's a truly bizarre thing to say given that in the last couple of years there has been a high-profile book and feature film on Clough that were entirely based on the hatred that the Leeds players had for him (and he for them). And of course, there was the fact that he didn't get the England manager's job because he was so widely loathed by the FA hierarchy.

As for Redknapp, I'd agree with Lush - wide boy rather than a cock.

I tend to agree that Spurs will be fine.

However Redknapp remains a bellend. He'd love to be considered a managerial genius like Wenger, but he never will be. That's why he got arsey when someone called him a wheeler dealer. Funny how that never bothered him when he was at Bournemouth.

I hate the man, I really do.

But all the time he is doing OK at Spurs I clearly dont mind.

As someone else said, its never his fault. He is tactically retarded as well.

I dont think you understand just how Jewish our board is.

He tried to put pressure on them during the Summer by using the media, he failed. Levy is a very good chairman.

Remember the turn the lights off when you leave :lolol:

Can anyone explain to me how he got the Van Der Vaart deal through?

Tax money?

The problem is the FA made a rod for there own back by allowing a club to do it once, now every club can do it.

Fax machines always seem to break down on last day in Aug and Jan....

One word. Yes.

In more words:

I just wish he would stop harping on about how all of Spurs' success is down to him and he deserves to be worshipped.

Really dislike him, especially after the latest histrionics regarding being a "f***ing football manager"
