It's a community stadium not Albions football stadium. So it won't me named after Skint (Unless they've paid for that). Probably something boring like Brighton & Hove community stadium.

I understand the sentiments behind naming it the New Goldstone but the name Goldstone has no geographical relevance to the area the stadium will be situated in.

I think it will as some have suggested go the corporate way and be called the AMEX arena or something similar.

Something like the NEW GOLDSTONE would be great but in reality the name will be comercially driven i,e, whoever puts up the money to fund it will fix the name,perhaps AMEX,WIMPY,ADIDAS,etc,etc

why on earth would it be called the skint arena?

i think when you name a stadium after a sponser its because they contribute a large amount of money towards it.

skint have been great sponsers but i dont think they've got enought money for a stadium!!!

Skint Stadium will leave you all open for all kinds of stick from away fans. Falmer stadium is good or something like that.

But why not call it the Goldstone?
