In a pile of football shirts
In 2 separate conversations with 2 different people who work at a senior level in the club it was clearly indicated that Cardiff was his destination. Now this was back in the January trasfer window when we were told the Cardiff thing was pretty much a done deal, and then again at the end of the season when we were told it was back on the cards. So yes, makes a nonsnense of the can't settle in the south thing, but it might just be that they don't like Brighton and the south east, rather than wanting to move back to the north.

Good shout. A Northern club on the up with a good manager

Dont suppose they would be interested in doing a swap, or with money involved seeing James Hayter go the other way? Doesnt start too often, and if murray went the other way he would be even further down the order. Still think it will be huddersfield, now Booth has gone they need a striker.
