I’ve been so focussed on the away matches but that’s going to be 3 cracking home games. All 3 will have Sussex old bill busy and anyone who thought palace and their smoke bombs was lively is going to get a fright!!

Away games we’ll sell out and reckon could have 5-10k out in Amsterdam

I don't know why they bother tbh.

I'm absolutely buzzing about all this, even more so than I was before
I am too - that group is SPECTACULAR. We wanted European football, and we've properly got it.

I do however have a tinge of sadness at knowing I won't be making any of the aways.

This shit just got real, what a absolutely banging group my only wish is that we make the atmosphere as hostile and unwelcoming at home as it will be when we travel. Let the ticket binfest commence.

I'm right in thinking - hard to tell from what they were banging on about at the start - we will be 5.45pm kick offs for each of the group games? Hope so.

My understanding is half earlier kick off, half later kick off

We've been paired with Aston Villa in the Conference League for kick off times. So our games won't clash with theirs. It's highly likely on the weeks we are at home we will kick off at 7:45 or 8pm and Villa will be away those weeks with an earlier kick off time. More will become clear when their group gets drawn later.

Taking last season as an example Man Utd and Arsenal were paired. All kick off times are UK times.

Week one - Arsenal away (5:45pm) - Man Utd home (8pm)
Week two - Arsenal didn't play due to restrictions on events in London - Man Utd away (5:45)
Week three - Arsenal home (8pm) - Man Utd away (5:45pm)
Week four - Arsenal away (5:45pm) - Man Utd home (8pm)
Week Five - Arsenal away (5:45pm) - Man Utd home (8pm)
Week Six - Arsenal home (8pm) - Man Utd away (5:45pm)

Does it change when the clocks change?
FFS - did you not pay attention? They did 6 minutes on the effects of DST on each group (based on coefficients) in the pre-draw build up.

This is a fantastic draw. Two former European Champions! 3 classic famous teams! I can't wait. Tears in the eyes. I was at Hereford 97 (no, really!) and many other sh*t places, so this is pure dreamland!

Thanks this is really useful. So likely;

Aways - 5.45pm kick off
Homes - 8pm kick off

That makes for a very long and messy night in Amsterdam if we are the early kick off over there 😂

Is it worth having a different thread for each away game to help in travel, hotels, bars, strip joints, sorry museums etc as to not having to sift through just one jumbled up thread ???
