Hi folks. We have been able to transfer Mrs T's ticket to my son easily the last 2 seasons. We prefer print at home. This season we have been charged to do this (which is fine by me).

Today Mrs T tried to transfer her ticket and the online process won't work. The facility to pay online to transfer the ticket isn't an option.

We phoned the club but supporter services are closed till Monday. I have emailed them. No reply.....(yet).

Our last resort is for Mrs T to lend my son her phone tomorrow, which is less than ideal.

We thought about screenshotting the QR code and ticket and printing these, but are concerned this won't work. It is too far a drive to take pot luck.

Does anyone have any better suggestions, O NSC hive mind?

If you transfer a ticket, the ticket holder should get an email with a link to forward to the borrower

This only works if the transaction goes through. The problem is the transaction is stuck in Mrs T's basket....

Had the same issue yesterday. Didn't get it solved but fortunately have both oh my phone, I wanted to do the right thing but think the system is not working.

Do it in person at the ticket office tomorrow is my suggestion. They are open to fix issues like this. As long as you have your fan numbers/ some iD - it will be fine.

Can you tell me how you got both tickets on your phone? Was that how you set it up? I suspect that if we tried to do that now, computer would say no :cautious:

Yes always had both on my phone. Don't think you can move it from one to the other, sorry Harry

Thanks. Unfortunately they can take ages. @Monty_UK was stuck outside almost till half time trying to sort out an issue recently. It took nearly an hour. By the sound of it there may be a lot of people in a similar boat tomorrow. On balance I think we have no option other than for my son to borrow Mrs T's phone...

I did something like this once and it took about 5-10 minutes at the ticket office to fix including queuing up.

The ticket office sort stuff like this out every week and promptly and the OP said he originally wanted to do this through normal channels. So Perplexed why the “advice” on here from multiple people is - don’t bother with that ! It’s not even about saving money in this case. You’re perfectly entitled to share an adult ticket for free with your son etc .

The QR code method does work. Just place face up under the scanner and it read and open the gates. Only issue is the traffic light system on age categories if they differ.
Is it a new QR code for each game, or does it stay the same all season?

I'd just try logging in with a different browser application. Maybe the link you require will be visible in the alternative.
