What company are you thinking of inventing? One that turns our emotionally intelligent, ginger bearded football managers named after wizards that play sexy football? ???

Sounds like a plan!

EDIT: Damn you, you edited your post!

Apologies!
I enjoyed your response meeting te than my original post

-Ⓞ-Ⓡ-Ⓐ;10378426]His transfer dealings this summer look a bit suspect, although not sure if that's him or the owner.

Some new English guy

Brendan rogers - he’s not going well at the moment granted but there are reasons and I think he could be a good fit .

Maybe because he hasn't been allowed to spent £50M on squad players this season? He strikes me as being from a similar mould to Redknapp; fine if throwing stupid money around but useless when skint/frugal.

please not brendan rodgers. that's not to say he's a bad coach, it's just such a short-sighted appointment. always has a great two years and then s*** hits the fan in the third season.

If he has a great two years with us, he'd be off before the third!

No way Brendon Rodgers will be anywhere near this job as he is still contracted to Leicester and would be a salary I don’t think we would want to be paying as a club. I think he will end up at Villa as part of the merry-go-round when Gerrard gets the flick.

It has been rumoured Potter has a £16m buyout clause in his contract, how much a year do you think he is currently on. I would have thought 1 or 2m a year, but i clearly have no idea. How much would Mauricio Pochettino want each year? Would he be interested in a new building project, albeit outside of the European competitions... for this year.

Good shout but maybe wishful thinking

It would be a huge move but we need to do something big. We really risk losing a lot of younger players even sooner (especially after the world cup) and without both GP and DA a large reason why most are here has gone (god knows how Gilmour is feeling this morning- wanted by their chairman and their new manager but forced out by Tuchel). We need to maximise on the feel good factor around the club, keep our profile high. Now's the time, more than ever, to take a risk.
