I voted staying, but I am a bit of a moron and believe he owes TB some loyalty and that he’s an honourable man

Going.

Mind you, if Potter smells a rat and decides against, Chelsea may end up with Big Sam, Curbs, Souey or the return of the Tinkerman.

That would be....nice :lolol:

I'm voting 'staying' in the same way i've prayed once or twice in my life.

Staying. Despite the day not developing particularly well I think he is still more likely to stay than go.

100% going. Gutted. Beyond gutted.

We can’t just plug in another new manager and expect it to work. Everything will change.

Everything changing is fine when you aren’t 4th and over performing. If we were bottom, fine.

This is a disaster.

There's no admin option to amend that after the poll has been created. It would need to be to delve into the SQL database, which comes with the risk of me deleting the whole site.

Fairy Muff. As long as you're not just trying to make me look stupid announcing a public poll in the title and then making it private :

Given that Sky are now reporting that he’s going for dinner with the Chelsea chairman, I’m pretty sure he’s going.

I’ve given up hoping otherwise.

Agree with both but as Tony has given permission to Chelsea to speak to him, that suggests he has a plan B.

From GP's point of view, a year or two at Chelsea on silly wages and then the sack with a multi million pound pay off. Set for life!

Who would really turn that down?

I voted staying - I’m basing it in the fact he has full backing of bloom and barber, a good dressing room with a squad he’s built and listening to barber last week on talk sport saying how they’d secured him as much as possible. I suspect (hope) that the meeting is him being a gentleman more than real intent as he wants to move on eventually. I’m hoping Chelsea’s record of burning through managers quicker than Maupay scored goals alongside being able to not have to expect a result week in week out will count for something. My biggest concern with him going is not just how replaces him but the significant number of staff that move as well. Whilst I get we have plans for future, are we prepared for this right now? I’ve always felt -layers could go and we’d make do but I never entertained the notion of potter actually talking to another club. I always assumed he would be linked to them but it would all blow over.

Nobody. And let's not forget that he was booed off the pitch not so long ago. The guy seems a tough charachter, but he's hardly been loved here by some fans during his time (perhaps fairly, some of his decisions have been odd). He only just got quoted saying he couldn't leave the house for someone shouting in his face about why he kept playing Maupay.
He owes us nothing, sadly.

I voted staying. I would have no issues at all with GPott leaving, I would completely understand that and wish him all the best in the world! I just have this hunch that he’s the right manager but it’s the wrong club…
