15 million and he's gone imo.

I love him and want him to stay, however he knows when Dunk is fit he's not a starter.

A move to his hometown boyhood club on lets say at least double his wages !... its a no brainer for him isnt it.....

This is what I reckon too. Fair enough. He is a fan. Imagine running out for the Albion just once. Although if I did I would never come on here again in case I saw some marks from that match and analysis.

If he goes I think we can all agree that he has been the most surprising* footballer we have had during the Amex era.

*I mean in terms of shock at how good he is at football. So that excludes locadia who was surprisingly bad (still no idea how scouts thought he was good because he can’t even run) and excludes Vicente who was a massive surprise but we knew he was a brilliant footballer.

He's like Peter Smith, but really good.

I loved Peter smith. Didn’t he win player of the season c1995? I Was a teenager growing up in Devon and my old man took me up to the goldstone for the first time - think we played Bradford and won 1-0. I am sure he was awarded something after the match. Was it player of the season or just of the match?

It was a funny day. He took me and my older brother to the pub he drank in for matches 25 years before. We walked in and it was like that scene in police academy at the blue oyster bar. It was brilliant. He remarked “it is a bit different now” and we had a pint.

I loved him too. He was so unusual as a player. Seemed to stumble around and yet still endear himself and like inspector gadget he'd manage to stick a long leg out and make a difference when needed.

He's an agent now.

The Daily Hate are reporting that we've rejected an £8m pound offer. I should bloody hope so.

Does it say 'eventually.......after picking himself up off the floor and wiping the tears of laughter from his cheeks, BHA Chairman Tony Bloom just managed to blurt out a quick 'you must be ****ing joking' to Cruella de Staveley before collapsing in another fit of the giggles' ??

It's not worth selling him in my opinion, he's our James Milner. The sort of good egg, guaranteed a 7/10 performance week in/out, play multiple positions without a fuss.

His intrinsic value is far higher to us than what Newcastle would pay.

Dan is a steel for 10m. OK we know he know he is not International class. But there is no way we are going to pick up a better squad player for that price. Should be 15m.

I agree. Do we really need to sell him? I think he adds value.

To be honest, I'd sooner sell Dunk for £40m and keep Burn, than sell Burn for £10m. That's if it was just about raking in some cash.

In truth, I wouldn't want to do either.
