No.

I'd rather it was postponed until Omicron has passed through.

This got me thinking how Omicron might pass through the squad.

It'll probably start with Big Bob, then to Dunk, on to Cucu, back to Dunk, back to Bob, on to Veltman, then Gross, back to Bob*...

Essentially it's going to take a while and not really do much while it's here**.

*(I'm #PotterIn by the way, just couldn't resist :))

**I really hope Omicron actually does end up doing not very much

Yes.

Christmas is all over the shop anyway because my partner and daughter both working.

Ridiculous time though. I don't even think the TV audience will be that high at that time on Boxing Day - its not like its Liverpool v Man Utd

I 100% was going until this latest variant took hold, I am now giving it a miss as my wife is likely to be very vulnerable if she gets Covid. Things have changed dramatically in the last two weeks

Christmas cancelled due to one of my grandchildren testing positive yesterday.

What a load of shit

I realise diarrhea can be one of the more unfortunate symptoms of Omicron but I'm sure it will have cleared up by Sunday and you will be good to go.
If not just slip on a pair of these before you leave the house...

Having missed the Wolves game due to Covid, I shall be attending this one.

That said on a day when there is no public transport, having the game finish around 10pm is just completely ridiculous, what on earth made Sky think neutrals would want to watch this game, it is an utter joke and totally contemptuous towards fans, especially those who are having a family day.

Kudos to the club for arranging shuttle buses which may save me a few miles walk home, but even if I do have to take a bracing stroll back into town, I'll be there to give the team my support.

No, have a young family now, who I would rather spend Boxing Day with. I will be watching on TV obviously and have passed back my Seagull travel seats so hopefully more room for anyone willing to go.

Brighton fans seemed more aware of covid than, Newcastle, Liverpool fans for example.
Plenty of empty seat at the Amex compared to those dirty northern b@$#@%d$.
Can we attribute the northerner and landowners being the main spreaders?

No longer a STH, but wouldn't go to this if I was.

You only have to look at recent games to see packed stadiums and very few empty seats .

No wonder other fans don’t take us seriously . We really are a soft wet bunch . Reflective in atmosphere also . Our love is not unconditional .

Nope , not going either . The football is crap at the moment and travel puts me off

No because I still won't have had my Covid-19 booster by then.

Relieved we got a boring tie in the FA Cup as I'd have had to miss that too if it was Palace/Millwall/Luton/Boreham Wood at the Amex etc.

Newcastle and Liverpool fans can access their grounds without having to use public transport much more easily than those attending the Amex.

See I don't see taking on Covid on as being hard.
I care for my parent and I would not be prepared to take a high risk strategy going to the football for my needs to then potentially stick them in hospital or worse.
More data needed to judge this, we will know so much more come mid-January.
If I was going to go I would certainly be going to back our boys verbally, it's in my DNA.

Let's hope those that go, open up their lungs to new levels and they don't end up going as flat a grandpa's original Guinness.

I couldn't agree more.

I couldn't agree less with your 'location' though - unless it's with a (metaphorical) knife in your hand
