I'm top of the league with Northampton and there is 6 games left of the season, and i've just signed a three year contract. If your struggling for goals go and get Andy Kirk he has scored 35 goals for me this season.

Man, your so successful.
I got relegated with the Albion, resigned and was linked with MK Dons, Yeovil and Bristol Rovers. I started again under a new name and signed up with the Albion, only thing was I lost in the 4th round of the FA cup as there was no manager during that time.
I got us through 4 rounds until Dick Knight sacked me because I was 17th in League 1.
I signed up a dupilcate person to manage Chelsea. I sold the players for free to Brighton, but the players didn't want to move as the pay I was giving was pointless.
Nearly got John Terry on loan, but he still rejected.

Now at Watford won the league 1 title, did a bit of business and signed Callum Davenport for 750K, then signed Todorov and Bothroyd on frees, also signed Colin Nish for 500K from Rangers, brought in Dan Harding for left back, 2 Italians players one from Messina and Udinese and now im 15th in the Championship.

I tried something similar on an older version (CM 01/02) the trick is to get your phoney manager to easy the transition for players by continuously fining them for no reason until they are so pissed off that they will do anything to get out (including taking a huge pay cut). Also have your phoney manager easy your money situation by taking you dead wood for far more than they are worth. This is a little tricky though because your chairman will probably block the transfer if it's too outrageous.
